"KAZARO KULA" COMPETITION RULES
§1. General Provisions

The Organizer of the "KAZARO KULA" competition, hereinafter referred to as the "Competition," is KAZARO WOŁOSZYN Sp. J., with its registered office in Tarnowskie Góry at ul. Nakielska 31B, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6452480390, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

The Competition is organized during the BEAUTY FORUM & HAIR trade fair, which will be held on September 12, 2026, in Warsaw at ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14.

The Competition will be held at the Organizer's KAZARO brand booth.

The Competition is organized solely by the Organizer and is not sponsored, supported, administered, or organized by Instagram.

Instagram is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the Competition.

Participation in the Contest is free and voluntary.

These Rules and Regulations define the rules for participation in the Contest, the method of selecting winners, the rules for awarding prizes, and the rules for processing Participants' personal data.

§2. Contest Participants

A natural person who is at least 18 years of age and has an active Instagram account may participate in the Contest.

The Participant must have a public Instagram profile during the Contest and at the time of entry verification.

Employees of the Organizer, persons directly involved in the preparation or conduct of the Contest, or members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

§3. Rules and Regulations

To participate in the Contest, the Participant must:

a) take a photo at the KAZARO booth during the fair;

b) publish the photo on their public Instagram profile in the form of an Instagram Story or post;

c) tag the Organizer's @KAZARO profile in the published story or post;

d) follow the Organizer's @KAZARO profile on Instagram.

All conditions specified in §3. 1 must be met cumulatively.

The competition publication must be available to the Organizer until the end of the Competition and the announcement of the results, so that the accuracy of the entry can be verified.

One person may submit one competition entry.

Entries can be submitted on September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Entries submitted after 4:00 PM on September 12, 2026, will not be considered.

The Organizer may verify the accuracy of the entry, in particular by checking:

a) the publication of a photo taken at the KAZARO booth;

b) the tagging of the @KAZARO profile;

c) the following of the @KAZARO profile;

d) the public nature of the Participant's profile.

An entry that does not meet any of the conditions specified in the Rules may be excluded from the Competition.

§4. Selection of Winners

The Organizer will select three winners from among the correct entries. The winners will be selected by a competition jury appointed by the Organizer.
The selection criteria will primarily be the creativity and ingenuity of the submitted photo and the presentation of the KAZARO stand.
The Organizer will select the three entries that, in the jury's opinion, are the most creative and imaginative.
The jury's decision is final, subject to the Participants' rights under applicable law.
The Competition results will be announced on September 12, 2026, during the fair and on the Organizer's Instagram profile @KAZARO.
The winners will be notified via private message on Instagram.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the message being sent, or is deemed not to have met the entry requirements, the Organizer may select another winner from among the remaining valid entries.

§5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded in the Competition:

a) First Prize – KAZARO cosmetic stool;

b) Second Prize – floor lamp;

c) Third Prize – Disinfection Lamp.

Prizes will be awarded in the order indicated in paragraph 1.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

Prizes may be collected in person at the fair or sent to an address individually agreed upon with the winner.

If the prize is shipped, the Organizer will agree with the winner on the method and date of delivery.

For shipping purposes, the Organizer may request the winner to provide the information necessary to deliver the prize.

§6. Rules for Published Materials

The Participant declares that they hold the rights to the photo published as part of the Competition and that the publication of the photo does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

The Participant is responsible for the content of the published material and for obtaining the consent of the persons visible in the photo, if such consent is required by law.

Submissions containing vulgar, offensive, unlawful content, or content that infringes upon the rights of third parties or the reputation of the Organizer are prohibited.
