§ 1. General Provisions

2. As part of the Promotion, the customer may choose any upholstery available for a given model, including options that would normally incur an additional charge.
3. During the Promotion period, no additional fee is charged for the selection of upholstery covered by the Promotion. The customer purchases the product at the standard catalogue price for the given model.
4. The Promotion does not apply to products other than those specified in paragraph 1.
§ 3. Rules for Participating in the Promotion
1. The Promotion may be availed of by placing an order:
a) via the KAZARO online store;
b) through KAZARO sales representatives;
c) during trade fair events where KAZARO products are offered.
2. The availability of specific upholstery options for a given model may be confirmed by contacting the KAZARO sales department.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other KAZARO promotions or special offers. 4. The promotion cannot be combined with 0% financing.
§ 4. Final provisions
1. The terms and conditions are available on the KAZARO website.
2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.
3. The organizer ensures that the promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
