- HAIR REMOVAL

The treatment relies on the interaction of laser light with the skin pigment melanin. Melanin is located in the hair bulb, and it is there that the DERMAL SILK light energy is converted into heat, leading to overheating of the hair follicle and denaturation of the protein, so that the hair stops growing back. The important thing is that the light only affects the hair follicle, without damaging the other layers of the skin.

- ACNE TREATMENT

DERMAL SILK, by delivering a spectrum of light that is absorbed by porphyrins in the skin, destroys P. acnes bacteria and eliminates the acne problem. It also promotes coagulation of scar tissue and triggers the formation of new tissue in the skin, leading to a shallowing of acne scars.

- PHOTOREJUVENATION

In this treatment, laser light stimulates fibroblasts for the production of new collagen and elastin fibers, smoothing the skin and restoring its elasticity and resilience. At the same time, the "photothermal" effect produced by the light + heat of DERMAL SILK accelerates the microcirculation of blood vessels, thus achieving the effect of reducing wrinkles, narrowing pores and improving skin tone.

- REMOVAL OF VASCULAR LESIONS

DERMAL SILK is ideal for treating smaller diameter and more superficially located vessels, often referred to as spider veins or telangiectasias. Laser energy in this case, after appropriate selection of the treatment lamp, is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin, which causes selective heating of the vessels to a temperature that ensures the proper clinical effect, i.e. immediate and permanent necrosis of the vessel. In the case of large-diameter vessels, the device coagulates the blood and damages the inner wall of the vessel, so that immediately after the procedure, blood flow in the vessel ceases, and then the closed vessel undergoes a process of resorption.

- DISCOLORATION

The most common cause of hyperpigmentation is a significant local accumulation of melanin found in the skin's melanocytes. If you choose the function of removing hyperpigmentation, the device acts on the chromophore, which is melanin, heating it, which leads to denaturation and slow absorption.
